When I first started playing Trackmania, Years Ago, *NOBODY* used a Controller Pad. In fact, when they slowly started creeping into the game some server Admin would Boot players if they suspected that they were using a Controller Pad. Part of me still looks at Controller Pad users as *'Trackmania Cheats'...*

its not a bad map but it is boring. my issue with these types of maps is you can tell when a turn is because you can never hit 5th.

Hmmmmm I think you might have accidentally figured out what the “T01” was for. I think road might be called “Tech” in the game files as the open planet plugin kinda revealed. So I assume it’s just “Tech 01” or “this is 01 and it’s made entire out of tech AKA road cuz why is it even call tech?” Edit; I’m a liar. The first dirt map is also T02 so… maybe it’s just “Test” maps.

I like playing the map now before seeing you play it. I struggle to get gold and you usually just destroy me but after watching enough of these COTD's - definitely felt like "wow. complaints incoming"

Map review is a big part of the problem. If your map isn't easy to finish first run you'll just get downvoted and with the way the scoring works it basically doesn't matter how many 5-stars you get, one or two 1-star ratings and it's over and the map won't be send to Nadeo for COTD review.

No shock that COTD isn't super popular now when maps like this keep happening. Just insanely boring.

EDIT: I brain farted and treated it as 1000m/s rather than kph when I did the math. It's more like 30 G (if the decelration is over 1 second), but *could* touch triple digits if it's more like 0.3sec. 1000kph to 0 in under a second would indeed be triple digit G force, but I'd be more concerned with the jerk than the acceleration at that point. Well, ok, both will kill you hard, but...that's a lot of jerk. Nevermind the snap, crackle, and pop (ok those I have no idea if they'd be ridiculous, I just like that they're the formal physics terms for those three derivatives of velocity).
